At House of Sundar, we believe in thoughtful craftsmanship, slow fashion, and mindful shopping. Our goal is to make your experience smooth, transparent, and aligned with our values of care, community, and sustainability.
Shipping Range
We currently ship within Australia and worldwide. Expansion into additional regions is being considered for the near future.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is charged at $9.95 USD for orders under $200 USD, and $14.95 AUD for orders under $250 AUD. Orders above these amounts qualify for free shipping. All shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout, with no hidden fees.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within one to two business days, from Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 11:59PM AEST will begin processing the following business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Transit Time
Because our garments are handcrafted in small batches, shipping may take slightly longer than fast fashion — but it’s part of what makes your piece truly special. Estimated delivery time is between five to ten business days after dispatch. In rare cases, delivery may take longer, up to thirty days, due to artisan production timelines, courier delays, or seasonal demand. Shipments are dispatched Monday to Friday only.
Shipping Method
We ship using reliable courier services such as DHL, Aramex, UPS, and FedEx. All orders are insured against loss or damage during transit. To support our commitment to sustainability, we use eco-friendly packaging whenever possible.
Duties & Taxes
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which vary by country. These fees are not included in our product or shipping prices and are the responsibility of the customer. House of Sundar is not liable for any customs charges once the package reaches your country. We recommend checking with your local customs authority for estimated duties.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details and courier information. You can track your order at any time using the tracking portal on our website. If you need assistance with tracking, our support team is always happy to help at support@houseofsundar.com.
Missing Items or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives with missing or damaged items, please contact our team at support@houseofsundar.com within seven days of receiving your package. We will resolve the issue as soon as possible, either by sending a replacement item or issuing store credit.
Returns & Store Credit Policy
We do not offer traditional refunds. Instead, we provide store credit for eligible returns as part of our commitment to reducing waste and protecting the environment. Returns are accepted within fourteen days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. Personalized and final sale items cannot be returned.
Once your return is approved and received, we will issue you store credit in the form of a digital gift card or code. This credit does not expire and can be used on any future order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, incorrect, or damaged.
No Restocking Fee
We do not charge restocking fees. You will receive full store credit for the item’s value, minus any applicable return shipping costs.
