Return & Refund Policy

At House of Sundar, we take pride in our slow fashion garments, which are hand-crafted to support Indian women in the workplace and preserve ancient textile traditions. Each piece is made in small, thoughtful batches using a zero-waste production process. Every purchase helps fund artisan empowerment programs and contributes to sustainable craftsmanship for future generations.

Exchange & Store Credit Only

Because of the unique and limited nature of our garments, we do not offer refunds. We only accept returns for store credit, which is issued in the form of a House of Sundar Gift Card. Customers may also request a size exchange if the item is eligible and not marked as final sale. Store credit can be used for any future purchase and never expires.

Return Shipping Responsibility

All customers are required to pay for return shipping directly. House of Sundar does not provide prepaid return labels and does not cover or reimburse return shipping fees under any circumstances. This includes returns due to damaged, defective, or incorrect items. All return shipments must be made using a trackable courier service such as DHL, UPS, or Aramex. We are not responsible for any returns that are lost or untrackable during transit.

Return Process

To begin a return, customers must email support@houseofsundar.com within 30 days of receiving their order. The email must include the order number and a detailed reason for the return. Once approved, we will send back the return address and clear return instructions. Items must be returned unused, unwashed, in original packaging, and with all tags and labels still attached. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs clearly showing the issue. Our team will review the request and, if approved, issue store credit. However, return shipping costs are still the customer’s responsibility in all cases.

Processing Time & Refund Method

Once your return has been received and inspected, store credit will be issued within seven business days. You will receive a confirmation email with a digital House of Sundar Gift Card equal to the value of your returned item. Refunds are not provided under any circumstance. Only store credit is issued.

Order Changes & Promotions

We are unable to cancel, modify, or change orders once they have been placed. We do not apply price adjustments for orders made before or after promotions or discount events.
